We start all new projects with a DESIGN CONSULTATION with the purpose of assessing the designed space, defining clients’ needs & discussing our design process. THIS SERVICE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF: • You are ready to start a Full-Service design project. • You are ready to start kitchen or bathroom renovation • You need to update your furniture, window treatments, add new art & accessories • You are a DIY'er who has an eye and time to execute the project but needs a roadmap to get started • You don't know where to start, & need the advice of an expert • You are interested in hiring a designer but want to see if we’re a good fit before fully committing to a project • Getting ready to sell your home & want it to look its best. WHAT HAPPENS AT THE MEETING? • We will begin with a chat about your design goals. • I'll want to know more about your lifestyle and how you & your family use the space. • We will discuss our Studio & our design process, as well as what to expect from us during the project development. • We will review in detail your needs and goals for your space and define your requirements. • We will help you hone the project scope, discuss design opportunities for your space, & sketch our initial ideas. • We also guide early conversations regarding the budget, timeline, style preferences, so that we can begin to execute a thoughtful plan for your project that best suits your individual goals. • As we go through each aspect of the Consultation, we'll be taking notes & suggestions for your space and send them back to you in an email within 48 hours. You might even receive an unexpected extra as well! WHAT IS INCLUDED? Withing 48 hours after our in-person meeting you will receive an INTERIOR DESIGN PROPOSAL: a document that outlines a designer's plan for a project, including a refined scope of work for your space, an approximate timeline to complete the project, & cost for design services. It's a ROADMAP that shows how the designer intends to transform the space based on the client's needs & preferences. A DESIGN PROPOSAL includes: • A detailed description of the project by area • The scope of services per area • The design process • The project's timeline • The estimate of some project's fees (excluding services of general contractor or an architect) • The list of benefits of working with our Design Studio Ready to get started?
