We start all new projects with a DESIGN CONSULTATION with purpose of • assessing the designed space, • defining client's/yours PROJECT SCOPE, and • requirements and to learn more about our design process and expectations. THIS SERVICE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF: • You are ready to start a Full-Service design project. • You are a DIY'er who has an eye but needs a roadmap to get started. • You are frustrated because you don't know where to start, where to shop or what to buy. • You are interested in hiring a designer but would like to see if we’re a good fit before fully committing to a project together. • Getting ready to sell your home and want it to look its best. WHAT HAPPENS AT THE MEETING? • We will begin with a chat about what you may be struggling with and your design plans. • We will delve into what you like and don't like and what works and doesn't work in your home. • I'll want to know more about your style and how you and your family use the space. • We will discuss our design process and what to expect from us, the design team, during the project development. • 4. We go through each aspect of the consult. We will be writing notes for your space and later, after our meeting, we spend 2-3 hours typing the meeting notes and creating the Scope of Work document, which includes a list of all work needed to be done, timeline and chronology of the Design Process for your space from the beginning to completion. It will be presented to you either in person or via Zoom meeting within 48-72 hours, which gives you an opportunity to ask questions. WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE AT THE END OF YOUR CONSULTATION? Withing 48-72 hours after our in-person meeting you will receive an INTERIOR DESIGN SCOPE OF WORK along with our PROPOSAL (it is a document that outlines a designer's plan for a project, including a refined scope of work for your space, an approximate timeline, and costs for design services. It's a roadmap that shows how the designer intends to transform a space based on the client's needs and preferences. A DESIGN PROPOSAL can include: • A detailed description of the project by area. • The scope of services per area. • The design process. • The estimate of some project's fees (excluding services of general contractor or an architect). • The project's timeline. • The list of benefits of working with our Design Studio.
